Introduction** Welcome to EPSSP, the Electronic Payroll & Staff Self-Service Portal. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the EPSSP web app, including its content, contact forms, demonstration requests and other publicly available services. EPSSP is a payroll and workforce information management software solution designed to help organisations manage employee records, payroll operations and employee self-service. EPSSP is developed and operated by Softview Ghana, referred to in these Terms as “EPSSP”, “we”, “us” or “our”. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website. ## **2. Eligibility and permitted use** You may use this website for lawful business, informational and personal purposes. You agree not to: - Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purposes. - Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or associated systems. - Interfere with the website's availability, security or operation. - Introduce malicious code, harmful files or automated activity intended to disrupt the website. - Copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit website content without permission. - Misrepresent your identity or your authority to act on behalf of an organisation. We reserve the right to restrict access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated. ## **3. Product information and demonstrations** Information published on this website describes EPSSP’s intended capabilities, licensing arrangements and services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, website demonstrations, screenshots and sample employee records are illustrative; product descriptions do not guarantee that every described capability is currently available; features, specifications and implementation timelines may change; and a demonstration or enquiry does not create a software licence or hosting agreement. Your actual rights and services will be determined by the applicable written Software Licence, Maintenance and Hosting Agreement and any accompanying order form. ## **4. Enquiries and communications** When you submit an enquiry, request a demonstration or contact us, you agree to provide accurate information. We may use the information you provide to: - Respond to your enquiry. - Arrange demonstrations or discussions. - Provide product, licensing or deployment information. - Follow up on a commercial request. Submitting an enquiry does not create an obligation on either party to enter into a commercial agreement. ## **5. Intellectual property** Unless otherwise stated, EPSSP and its associated website content, branding, software, designs, documentation, graphics and materials are owned by or licensed to the EPSSP operator. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit protected materials except where expressly authorised by us or permitted by applicable law. A software licence grants only the rights expressly provided in the applicable licence agreement. ## **6. Third-party services** EPSSP may use or refer to third-party services, including hosting providers, payment providers, telecommunications providers and other technology services. Third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their independent operations, availability or policies. ## **7. Website availability** We aim to keep the website accessible and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all information will always be free from errors. We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the website when reasonably necessary. ## **8.
